Open the app, go to your Profile tab, and tap "Find a Coach." Search by name and send a request. Your coach will accept and you'll be connected.
Go to the Programs tab, select your assigned program, choose the day you want to train, and tap "Start Workout." Your sets, reps, and rest timers are all built in.

In the app, go to your Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes all your data and cannot be undone.
